30 Day Return Policy

Our products are guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction in every way for 30 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, return it to us within 30 days and you will receive a full refund less any shipping paid at checkout. Returns of unused or unworn products with their original tags and packaging, are eligible for a full refund. Returns must be completed within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the original purchase qualified for free returns and we provide you a Prepaid Shipping Label. We will not accept return items shipped to us Collect On Delivery. Please include a copy of your receipt and note the reason for your return and enclose the slip in the original shipping carton. Return may be void if product was damaged by customer.

Returns are accepted only for items purchased from DiscountGrips.com, our eBay store, or Amazon store.

Original Shipping Charges

For standard returns and exchanges, original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back to you.

Defective Products

To return defective products, please fill out an online return request to receive a return merchandise authorization. Include a copy of your original invoice which will help expedite your return. Explain the problem that you are having with the product, also include any pertinent information you feel you need to tell us. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products, or may be found on their respective web sites. Please contact Worldwide Golf Shops prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.

Damaged Goods

If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and notify Worldwide Golf Shops at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim.
