When will my item ship?
We ship and process orders five days a week Monday - Friday except holidays. Any orders placed before 2:00 pm eastern will ship same day.
Make sure you are able to receive packages from the post office. The default shipping carrier, unless otherwise specified by the customer-selected shipping option during checkout, will be USPS. If your address is not deliverable by USPS, please contact us for a viable shipping option. If your package is returned by the post office, we will not re-ship it unless additional postage is paid.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with the tracking link from our shipping carrier. Please allow 24 hrs for the tracking link to be updated correctly. For orders shipped with First Class Standard Shipping or some shaft orders, there will be no guaranteed en-route updates aside from the initial carrier pick-up and final delivery update.
From where will my order ship?
We ship every order from our in sunny North Florida. Our most common shipping carrier is with USPS (US and international).
Do you ship Internationally (Outside the USA)?
Yes, we do! We offer competitive weight-based shipping rates with USPS First Class Mail International to almost every country outside the US. Please note all prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. With some international orders, there may be additional charges based on your country's regulations for which you will be responsible. To find out your international shipping rate, please add your items to the Cart and begin the checkout process. After entering your shipping address, you will see a selection of shipping carriers and their respective costs depending on the service you select. Or contact us by email with your full shipping address, and the items/qtys you'd like to order, and we can provide some competitive shipping quotes for you.
Our item shows as delivered but we didn't receive it. Can you help?
Yes, sometimes carriers scan delivered prior to delivery so there may be a day or two lag before your item shows up in your mailbox or doorstep. If a couple days pass and your item still hasn't been delivered we will contact Consumer Affairs with the USPS and have GPS data pulled to determine the actual delivery location. If the location is outside of the provided delivery address, we will issue a full refund or reship the package depending on the customer's preference.
